A balcony manufacturer,
built from the ground up.
Forte Pespa began as a father-and-son venture in Dublin in 2016. A decade on, we're a provider of prefabricated aluminium balcony systems — and we're just getting started.
From a father-and-son idea to a balcony manufacturer.
Balcony construction was historically fragmented across designers, fabricators and installers. Forte Pespa was founded on the idea that it should be a single, accountable system.
Oltian Dervishi and his father, Agim, started the business in Dublin in 2016 with one operating principle: own the whole balcony, from the first drawing to the final fixing.
That principle took physical shape in 2022, with a purpose-built 10,000m² offsite facility in Rathcoole — design, engineering, manufacturing and project management under one roof.
The UK followed in 2024, and in December 2025 Erisbeg took a majority stake at a ~€20m valuation — funding a €6m second plant next door, doubling capacity and creating around 40 Irish jobs.
A decade building Ireland's balcony industry.
