Griffin Point is a major new residential development set on the former Columban missionary site in Donaghmede. Valued at €102 million, the scheme will deliver 410 apartments alongside a childcare facility and high-quality resident amenity spaces. The project will be completed in two phases, each comprising three blocks over a shared double basement, and will utilise modern methods of construction (MMC) to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the build.
Phase one, now underway, will provide over 200 new homes along with landscaped communal areas and on-site amenities. Designed to meet the needs of the growing Dublin population, Griffin Point will contribute significantly to local housing supply while also supporting economic growth through the creation of skilled jobs during its construction.
